Gourmetific Review: The Best Cookware Set for RV Living
Cooking in an RV isn’t exactly glamorous. Between the limited storage, lack of a dishwasher, and clunky pots that never quite stack right, it can feel like a daily battle just to make a simple meal.
For a long time, we just dealt with it.
But when I stumbled across the Gourmetific cookware set back in July, I figured it was worth a shot.
Now? I wish I’d bought it sooner.
This sleek, stackable RV cookware set has completely transformed our kitchen on the road. It’s compact, truly non-stick, and smartly designed with detachable handles and fridge-ready lids that make everyday use incredibly easy.

In this post, I’ll break down everything we love (and what to know before you buy), based on real-life use in our full-time RV. Whether you’re cooking in a camper, a boat, or a tiny home, this might just be the kitchen upgrade you didn’t know you needed.
Tight on space but big on cooking?
👉 This compact set is the kitchen upgrade your RV (or tiny home) deserves!
Why RVers Need Better Cookware (And What We Used to Struggle With)
RV kitchens are tight on space, and for a while, ours was overflowing with a hodgepodge of pots and pans that did not stack well and barely fit anywhere. Opening the kitchen storage was always a gamble. Things would shift during travel, and pulling out one pan usually meant pulling out five.
We had given up a lot of storage when we moved into the fifth wheel, but our cookware was still taking up way too much of it. And the trade-off wasn’t worth it. Our old pots were awkward, not truly non-stick, and just added to the stress of trying to cook in a smaller kitchen.
Our setup was not working, and I had seen enough other RVers talking about stackable sets that I wanted to try it for ourselves.
If you’re someone who cooks most of your meals while camping, or just wants a more efficient kitchen setup, upgrading your cookware can make a big difference.
Say goodbye to cabinet chaos! Gourmetific’s space-saving set nests neatly and takes up just one shelf.
Gourmetific Review: What’s in the Set and Why We Love It

We bought the Gourmetific cookware set in cream, and it’s easily one of our favorite RV upgrades. The bundle includes:
- 5 nonstick pots in various sizes
- 2 detachable handles
- 2 glass lids for stovetop or oven use
- 2 silicone lids for fridge storage
- Optional pot dividers (we added these too and they are absolutely worth it)
Right away, we noticed how compact the set was. Everything nests together neatly, and with the handles removed, it takes up just a quarter of the space our old cookware did. What used to fill an entire cabinet now fits on a single shelf, with room to spare.

The detachable handles are one of the smartest features. And if you’re thinking, “Yeah, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen,” we get it. Alan thought the same thing (until he tested them out).
But these are solid. They clip on easily when you need them, and they have a secondary safety release so they stay put. No surprise drops. No mid-transfer spills. You can move a hot pot from the stove to the table without worrying that the handle is going to bail on you.
This is the exact bundle we use and love. Gourmetific does offer other cookware bundles, but this set hit the sweet spot for our RV kitchen.
💡 Save space, cook smarter, and clean up faster

Performance in a Real RV Kitchen: From Stovetop to Oven to Fridge
We have put this set through its paces in our RV kitchen, and it has handled everything we actually cook. Boiling water for spaghetti, simmering meat sauce, browning taco meat, making eggs and bacon. No problems at all.

The pots are oven-safe and fridge-friendly, so you can go straight from cooking to storing without dirtying extra dishes. Just let things cool a bit before popping on the fridge lids.
One of the biggest wins has been how truly nonstick these pots are — exactly what you want in nonstick pots for campers… Seriously though. I can easily wipe out the pot straight into the trash so no food remnants end up in my grey tank.
Before we used them, we followed the instructions and did a quick seasoning with oil and low heat, then let them cool. That made all the difference. Since then, things just slide right out. We have not had to soak or scrub a single one.
Cleanup is a breeze!
We do not have a dishwasher in the RV (although I do have my eye on this countertop dishwasher), so everything gets hand-washed. As long as you use a soft sponge, the coating stays in perfect shape. No weird staining or damage, even after months of regular use.
This is the kind of cookware that makes you want to cook more, not less.

No soaking, scrubbing, or drama.
From Skeptic to Superfan: Alan’s Take on Gourmetific
When I told Alan I ordered a new cookware set, he gave me the look. You know the one. The “why do we need more pots” look. He thought it was unnecessary, maybe even a little ridiculous, especially since we already had perfectly “good enough” cookware in the RV.
But then he used them.

The first time he clipped on a handle and realized how sturdy it was, you could see the gears turning.
Then he cooked something and saw how easily it slid out of the pan with almost no cleanup required.
That was it. He was hooked.
Now, he is just as into this set as I am. It is not often he gets excited about cookware, but these totally surprised him. He even tells people about them now — which says a lot.
If your partner rolls their eyes at new kitchen gadgets like mine does, just wait. These might be the thing that changes their mind too.
This is the set that turned Alan into a cookware fanboy…
ok, that’s a stretch. But he does love the pots!
Will We Keep Using These Even After RV Life? 100% Yes.
One of the best parts about this cookware set is that it is not just for RV life. The compact stacking and detachable handles make it perfect for small kitchens, but honestly, we would still use these pots and pans even if we had a full-size kitchen again.
They are just that good.
The convenience of going from stovetop to oven to fridge, the ridiculously easy cleanup, and the durable nonstick surface all work just as well in a traditional kitchen as they do in any tiny kitchen that needs a compact cookware set.
And let’s be real, having a kitchen that feels organized and clutter-free is a win no matter how much space you have.
We are already eyeing a few of Gourmetific’s other pieces too. The grill pan and breakfast pan are both on our list. If they perform like this set, we will be stocking our kitchen with more of their stuff without a second thought.
Practical, sleek, and surprisingly sturdy
👉 This set works so well we’d use it in a full-size kitchen too.
Why We Chose Gourmetific for Our RV Over Other Cookware Sets
When we were shopping for a stackable cookware set, we looked at other options like Carote and Magma. They had good reviews and solid features, but we wanted something that felt truly RV-friendly.

Gourmetific stood out for its compact nesting, removable handles with a safety lock, and the added fridge lids that made storage easier.
It checked all the boxes we cared about most — so we gave it a try (and are so glad we did).
Final Verdict: Is Gourmetific Cookware Worth It?
We have tested, traveled with, and cooked in this cookware set for months, and we can confidently say yes, it is absolutely worth it. Whether you are a full-time RVer looking for the best RV cookware or just need a better small-space setup, the Gourmetific cookware set delivers.
The nonstick surface actually works. The design is both functional and thoughtful. The pots stack like a dream and clean up without any drama. And it all comes in a setup that feels like it was made for RV life.
Even Alan, who originally rolled his eyes at the idea of “more pots,” is a total convert. And the fact that we are already planning to buy more pieces from the line should tell you everything you need to know.
If you have been on the fence about upgrading your RV kitchen, consider this your sign.
If you’ve been putting off a cookware upgrade, this is your sign. Grab the exact set we use here before it sells out again!
